Nickie Povel has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Nickie founded Tech4Girls, a non-profit organization based in Berlin that aims to close the gender gap in IT. At Tech4Girls, they inspire girls to embrace technology and equips them with programming skills. Prior to this, they worked as the CMO at Anyfin for a year. Before that, they served as the CMO at Helpling, where they developed and executed marketing campaigns globally, focusing on both performance and brand building. Nickie also worked at Procter & Gamble, where they held various roles, including Global Gillette Brand Manager Brand Franchise Leader and Senior Brand Manager Hypers- and Supermarkets Brazil. Nickie also has experience at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., Manufactum GmbH & Co. KG, and BASF.
Nickie Povel completed their Master's degree in Business Management from the University of Münster from 2002 to 2007. In addition, they also pursued a Master's degree in Business Management from Montpellier Business School from 2004 to 2005.
