Abubakar Bello has a diverse work experience in Human Resources and Administration. Abubakar recently served as the HR & Admin Manager at Family Homes Funds starting in July 2019. Prior to that, they were the General Manager of HR - North at TechAdvance, where they were responsible for resourcing and talent planning. Abubakar also worked as a Deputy Manager of HR & Admin at JOS ELECTRICITY DISTRIBUTION PLC, overseeing talent sourcing and retention. Abubakar has also held HR positions at eHealth Africa, Precise Civil Engineering, Signtura Outsource, and Unity Bank Plc. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in recruitment, talent management, HR policies, and employee relations.

From 2012 to 2013, Abubakar Bello pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at Bayero University, Kano.
