Previously, Koustuv worked at Standard Chartered Bank in various senior roles, including Head of Data and Analytics Enablement, Executive Director of Data Science & Analytics for Corporate & Institutional Banking, and Regional Head of Strategic Business Analytics for Retail Banking in Singapore and the ASEAN region. Koustuv also held the position of Regional Head of Product Development and Data Analytics in Business Banking at HSBC Bank and led the Business Intelligence Unit at Barclays Bank.
