Yuni Lasti Faulinda

Yuni Lasti Faulinda is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in strategic HR management across various industries. Currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Sinarmas Mining since March 2017, Yuni designs and implements human capital strategies while integrating the diverse needs of the holding company and its subsidiaries. Prior experience includes roles at PT ABM Investama Tbk and PT. BANK NEGARA INDONESIA (Persero) Tbk., where Yuni focused on organization development, HR strategy, and recruitment efforts. Yuni began a career in human resources as an Assistant Manager at Indonesian Airlines and later directed the employment solutions team at EXPERD Consultant, providing recruitment services and HR solutions to leading companies. Yuni holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitas Padjadjaran.
