Jody Holt

Jody Holt is Boston-based Partner in TechCXO’s Finance Practice. She primarily supports healthcare services, SaaS, biotech and related technology and healthcare companies as an interim and fractional CFO. She brings more than 25 years of experience to TechCXO, including most recently as the Founder and CEO of a SaaS start-up leveraging AI/ML in the senior care space.

Jody served on the Board of Directors for Covenant Living, a large senior living & healthcare provider, and then was asked to come inside as the CFO. While at Covenant Living, she moved the organization to shared services, raised $100M+ in a bond financing and led the M&A and optimization strategies.

Prior to Covenant Living, Jody was CFO of Single Digits, where she helped the founders grow it from a small regional technology company to a multi-national leading provider of intelligent managed networks.

Jody spent about a decade consulting companies in numerous industries from start-ups to large multi-nationals in finance, operations, and management roles, including Novell, Charles River Ventures, and Carousel Inc. Jody appreciates coming alongside founders to strategize and operationalize their business to position them for growth, fund-raising, and value creation.

Early in her career, Jody was a manager with PriceWaterhouse (now PwC) in their middle market and growing companies practice, and then supported the firm on their MoneyTree Venture Capital Survey. Jody is a CPA and earned a B.S. in Accounting with Honors from The Pennsylvania State University.
