Gagan Marwah has a wealth of experience in engineering delivery services, software engineering, and research. Gagan began their career in 1998 as a Research Associate at Centre for Development of Telematics (C-DOT), where they maintained and enhanced an integrated software system called OASIS. In 2005, they worked as a Software Engineer at CSC (now DXC), where they were responsible for the maintenance and production support of a legacy Java framework. From 2006 to 2013, they were employed at Impetus Infotech, where they held roles as Manager Software Engineering, Project Lead, and Senior Software Engineer. In these roles, they were responsible for tech design and reviews, delivery management, team building, appraisals, and multiple onsite business visits to the USA. From 2013 to present, Gagan Marwah has been Vice President - Engineering and Global Delivery at TechFerry, where they have managed engineering delivery services to multiple international customer accounts. Gagan has also managed an engineering team of 25 to 30 people in DEV, QA, UX, and DEVOPS roles. Gagan'skey responsibilities include pre-sales and post-sales customer engagement and technical POCs, account management, risk analysis, and growth.

Gagan Marwah obtained their SSC from CBSE in 1991-1992, followed by their HSC from CBSE in 1992-1994. Gagan then completed a 3yrs full time Diploma in Computer Engineering from the State board of Tech Education in 1994-1997. In 1997-2000, they obtained a Bachelors Degree in Computer Applications from the same institution, and a Masters Degree in Computer Applications from the same institution in 2000-2001. Gagan also obtained a Professional Diploma from the National Institute of Information Technology in 1996-1997. Additionally, they obtained a Test certification from Udemy in January 2021.
