Ellen Armsden

Ellen Armsden serves as the Chief Legal Officer at Crewdentials since March 2022 and is a member of TechGC, an invitation-only peer community for general counsels, established in February 2023. Ellen has a robust legal background, having served as In-House Counsel at Ogier from June 2018 to February 2023, and previously as a Legal Project Management consultant from September 2016 to June 2018. Ellen's career at Ogier also included roles as Compliance Manager and Associate from 2008 to June 2016. Prior to their legal career, Ellen gained experience in the hospitality sector on luxury charter boats and at a restaurant in Val d’Isere. Ellen holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Bristol and a Legal Practice Course qualification from BPP Law School, in addition to a CIPP/E certification in Data Protection from the International Compliance Association.
