Brittany Degan

Brittany DeGan serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at LTK, overseeing global legal and privacy matters for the eCommerce shopping platform since January 2018. In this role, Brittany manages the legal budget, advises the Board of Directors, and leads the legal and privacy team. Additionally, Brittany is a Charter Member of TechGC, an exclusive peer community for General Counsels. Prior to LTK, Brittany held the position of Vice President & Deputy General Counsel at ALQIMI, where responsibilities included managing legal and business matters for enterprise technology solutions. Brittany's legal experience also includes positions as Associate General Counsel and Associate Counsel, as well as roles in various organizations such as American University Washington College of Law and the Overseas Private Investment Corporation. Brittany holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from American University Washington College of Law and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in International Affairs from Georgetown University.
