Lara Mouritsen

Lara Mouritsen serves as Corporate Secretary for the Salesforce Foundation and holds the position of Senior Director, Head of Legal at Salesforce Ventures, where significant investments have been made across 450+ companies in over 30 countries. With a legal career that includes roles at Cooley LLP and Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP, Lara has extensive experience in corporate law, securities, and finance, specializing in technology and life sciences industries. Education includes a Juris Doctor from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Arts with High Honors in Global Studies from UC Santa Barbara, along with studies at Universidad de Chile.
