Rachel Boochever

Rachel Boochever is a legal professional with extensive experience in technology and privacy law. As the Principal at R. C. Boochever Law, P.C. since May 2024, Rachel has previously held significant roles including Head of Product & Privacy Legal and Lead Counsel at Scale AI. Rachel's experience also includes positions as an Associate in the Technology Transactions Group at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, and participation in the independent community TechGC as a Charter Member.
