Nelly Cheboi (Kosi) has held various roles throughout their work experience. In 2019, they founded and became the CEO of TechLit Africa, a company that repurposes used technological equipment to provide technological education to impoverished communities in Africa. In 2020, they founded pushupbot, a company focused on promoting physical activity throughout the workday. Nelly also worked as a Lead Software Engineer at User Hero from September 2020 to July 2021, and as a Full Stack Engineer at Kodable from January 2020 to September 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Engineer at ShipBob, Inc. from January 2018 to April 2019. Nelly also had experience as a Software Engineer and Business Analyst at New World Van Lines from October 2016 to January 2018. In addition, they gained experience in hardware and installation as a student worker at Augustana College from November 2015 to June 2016, and held various roles including Admissions Ambassador, Career Ambassador, and Student Tutor from August 2013 to May 2016. In 2021, Nelly was recognized as Forbes 30 Under 30.
