Katherine Shih is a legal professional with extensive experience in building legal practices for companies aiming for IPOs. Currently serving as the Head of Legal at Techman Robot since 2024, Katherine previously held the same title at awoo from 2023 to 2024. Between 2018 and 2022, Katherine was a Senior Manager of Legal at 17LIVE Inc., where they developed a legal and compliance framework for the company across multiple markets. Prior to this, Katherine spent over a decade at Sony, significantly contributing to the establishment of their legal and compliance practices in Taiwan.
