Adrianne Sale

Adrianne Sale has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Adrianne is currently working as the Chief People Officer at Technetix since January 2024. Prior to that, they served as the HR Director, UK & EMEA at Premise Data from October 2021 to December 2023. From December 2014 to December 2021, Adrianne worked as the Director & Consultant at Lusignea Limited. Adrianne also held the role of MD Hoxby HR at Hoxby from January 2019 to October 2021. Adrianne's experience includes working as a Programme Director at INEZ CONSULTING LIMITED from January 2015 to October 2021. Earlier in their career, they served as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Nokia, where they supported a quarter of the global workforce, and as the Head of Learning and Development for Symbian OS. Adrianne began their career at Enron as an HR Analyst and gained valuable experience in policy making and recruitment.

Adrianne Sale attended Houston Christian University from 1996 to 2001, where they obtained a BBA degree in Business Administration & Management. In addition to their degree, Adrianne has obtained several certifications throughout the years, including DISC Practitioner from TTI Success Insights in 2023, ILM7 Executive Coach from ILM in 2021, Mental Health First Aider from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England in 2021, Agile Project Manager from APMG International in 2020, Certified Practitioner VOICES from Korn Ferry Academy in 2016, Level A & Level B / OPQ32 from SHL in 2009, and Project Manager Certification from Kepner-Tregoe in 2006.
