Thierry Deschamps de Paillette

Thierry Deschamps de paillette serves as the Founder and Head of R&D at Havguard AS, focusing on AI-driven underwater industrial communication networks since January 2023. With a long-standing career at the Ministère de l'Éducation nationale et de la Jeunesse as a Professor in electrical engineering and computer sciences since September 1998, Thierry also contributes as a jury member for national associate professor recruitment contests. Additionally, Thierry has been a Scientific Advisor and Author at TECHNEXT since June 2007, specializing in software development, system architecture, and algorithm design for embedded systems. Prior research at the L3i laboratory at the University of La Rochelle addressed underwater telecommunications. Thierry's academic background includes several advanced degrees in electronics, signal processing, and photonics, culminating in a PhD from the University of La Rochelle.
