Jeff Fowler

Jeff Fowler serves as Executive Vice President responsible for the company’s programs and business operations working closely with the CEO to strengthen the company’s mission of providing innovative high-end systems engineering and services to the clients. He has held similar roles in government services contracting companies for the last several years.

Jeff completed 32 years of U.S. Navy service in 2010, retiring as a Vice Admiral. As a career submariner, he served on five submarines, including command of USS Charlotte (SSN 766), and was the commander of Submarine Squadron Three’s eight fast-attack, nuclear-powered submarines.

Following selection to Flag Officer, Jeff served as Commander, Navy Recruiting Command, responsible for all active and reserve Navy recruiting in the nation; as Commander, Submarine Group 8 in Naples, Italy; and as the 60th Superintendent of the United States Naval Academy.
