Barbara Ottley is currently the Acting Director of People and Culture at Technical Safety BC. Prior to this role, Barbara held the position of HR Leader - Performance, Rewards and Systems within the same organization. Before joining Technical Safety BC, Barbara served as the Manager of Human Resources at Capilano University, where Barbara led a team of HR Advisors. Barbara's education includes a degree in CPHR from Capilano University.
