Matt Rock

Matt Rock is a seasoned Global Executive Talent Specialist, currently leading the Global Team at Technicolor Group since January 2018. With a robust background in recruitment, Matt has contributed to major film projects including "Snow White," "Aquaman 2," and "Transformers: Rise of the Beasts." Prior to Technicolor, Matt held key roles such as Global Executive Talent Specialist at MPC and Recruitment Specialist at Mikros Animation, where expertise in recruiting top talent for renowned studios was demonstrated. Their earlier experience includes managing global recruitment at MPC, leading art and animation recruitment at Datascope Recruitment, and working as an illustrator and graphic designer. Matt holds a BA Hons. in Illustration from Loughborough University and has undertaken foundational studies in Art & Design.
