Sebastian Arndt

Sebastian Arndt is a Digital Health Expert at Die Techniker since November 2022, specializing in electronic patient records, medical information objects, and E-prescriptions. Prior to this role, Sebastian served as Head of Science at RetroBrain R&D GmbH from March 2019 to September 2022, overseeing projects at the intersection of health and gaming, leading therapeutic game development, securing project funding, and managing regulatory compliance. From January 2016 to November 2018, Sebastian worked as a Post-Doc at NTNU, focusing on user requirement definitions within the EU-funded VisualMedia project. Earlier, at Technische Universität Berlin, Sebastian held positions as a Postdoctoral Researcher and PhD Student, exploring platforms to enhance the quality of life for the elderly and investigating the neural processes of audiovisual quality assessment. Additionally, Sebastian was a Visiting Researcher at INRS in 2011. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Engineering and a Diplom in Computer Science from Technische Universität Berlin, with further studies at the University of Oklahoma.
