Bonjun Koo

Bonjun Koo is an experienced professional in offshore engineering and technology, currently serving as Manager and Chief Technical Advisor for Floater Advanced Simulation & Technology at Technip Energies since 2021. Prior to this role, Bonjun Koo held various positions, including Manager Offshore R&D and Chief Technical Advisor at Genesis Energies from 2018 to 2021, Engineering Supervisor at TechnipFMC from 2016 to 2018, and Principal Technical Advisor at Technip from 2006 to 2016. Bonjun Koo began career in offshore design at Samsung Heavy Industries as a Manager from 2004 to 2006. Educationally, Bonjun Koo earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Ocean Engineering from Texas A&M University between 1999 and 2003.
