Daniel Bosman

Daniel Bosman has a strong background in HR, with experience in various leadership roles in multinational companies. Daniel currently serves as the Vice President HR Services Delivery at Technip Energies, where they lead the HRSD function and oversees P&C technology projects. Prior to this, they held the position of People & Culture Director Netherlands & Milton Keynes (UK) office at Technip Energies, where they managed a team of 10 members and was responsible for the development and implementation of the P&C strategy.

Before joining Technip Energies, Bosman worked at Nederlandse Vereniging voor Personeelsmanagement & Organisatieontwikkeling, where they served as the Chairman of the NVP HR-Proffie and a board member of the Community Holland of NVP. Additionally, they have extensive experience in HR roles at TechnipFMC and Genesis Oil and Gas Consultants, where they played a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies, managing teams, and overseeing HR activities.

Throughout their career, Bosman has demonstrated a strong ability to implement cost-saving measures, lead organizational transformations, and drive employee engagement and well-being initiatives. Daniel has also been actively involved in professional associations and committees within the HR field.

Daniel Bosman's education history includes completing an executive education course in HR Strategy in Transforming Organisations at London Business School in 2017. Prior to that, they attended the University of Groningen from 1998 to 2004, where they obtained a degree in Business Administration, specializing in HRM and Small Business & Entrepreneurship. In addition to their formal education, Daniel has obtained various certifications, including ChatGPT for HR from AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR in 2023, KF360 Korn Ferry certification in 2019, Safety for operational supervisors VCA from Pontifex Certificatie B.V. in May 2019, and Certified Human Resources Professional (CRP) certification in November 2017 from CRP.
