Edward Drake, P.E. is a seasoned mechanical engineer with extensive experience in leading and managing high-value engineering projects. Currently serving as the Lead Mechanical Engineer at Technip Energies since November 2019, Drake is involved in the ExxonMobil Baytown Blue Hydrogen Project, focusing on hydrogen production and carbon capture. Drake also plays a vital role as Co-Lead for the TerraLithium Demonstration Plant, specializing in lithium hydroxide production. With a strong background in innovation coaching, Drake has facilitated numerous workshops aimed at business innovation and has developed automation solutions for rotating equipment documentation. Previously, significant contributions were made at TechnipFMC, including the successful management of rotating equipment projects and field engineering support. Drake holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
