Mukesh started their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Oil/Gas Recruitment Agencies, where they were responsible for recruiting engineering staff for EPC companies. Mukesh then worked as a Senior Recruitment Specialist at Worley, where they focused on sourcing and headhunting technical staff for engineering roles. After that, they joined Petrofac as a Recruitment Specialist, handling the recruitment of leadership and senior management professionals for major projects.
