Nelli Gyozalyan

Nelli Gyozalyan is a Talente Acquisition Specialist at Technip Energies Ibería since December 2021, specializing in executive search recruitment processes with a global perspective, managing all aspects of recruitment, and coordinating onboarding for newcomers. Prior experience includes a role as HR Technician at Vista Alegre, where responsibilities encompassed publishing vacancies and conducting interviews. Nelli's earlier career involves significant psychological work, including positions as a psychologist at the Social Center for Child Care, Women’s Rights Center, and World Vision Armenia, focusing on assessments and individualized care plans for children and survivors of domestic violence. Nelli holds a Master's degree in Psychology from Universidad Estatal de Yerevan and a degree in Human Resources Management from EAE Business School.
