Ozgur Sariyar

Ozgur Sariyar has over two decades of work experience in civil structural engineering. Their most recent position is with Technip Energies as a Principal Civil Structural Engineer, starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Jacobs Nederland BV as a Senior Civil Structural Engineer, where they led the Borealis Kallo project and worked on various responsibilities such as blast resistance building design, machine foundation design, dynamic loading structure design, industrial structure design, and more. Ozgur also served as a Senior Civil & Structural Lead Engineer at Jacobs Nederland BV. Ozgur has also worked at Worley as a CSA Lead and Senior Civil Structural Engineer, at Spie Controlec Engineering as a Senior Civil Structural Engineer, at Tekfen Engineering Co. as a Senior Civil/Structural Engineer, at Iz Engineering Co. as a Civil/Structural Engineer, at Istanbul Technical University as a Professor Assistant, and at Omsa Construction Co. as a Structural Engineer and Site Coordinator.

Ozgur Sariyar obtained a Master's degree in Civil & Structural and Earthquake Engineering from Istanbul Technical University, where they studied from 2002 to 2005. Ozgur also received a certification in Disaster Management from the same institution.
