Prof. Dr. Georg Kraus

Prof. Dr. Georg Kraus is a seasoned expert in organizational transformation with over three decades of experience, serving as the CEO of Kraus & Partner since January 1987. Currently, Kraus holds academic positions as a professor at Clausthal University of Technology and as a lecturer at SGBS Business School St. Gallen and IAE Aix en Provence, emphasizing interpersonal skills and change management. In addition to academic pursuits, Kraus is active on the advisory board of HubWerk01 and serves as president of Clean Sky Aviators. Previous experience includes a consultative role at Daimler and significant contributions to the Rationalisierungskuratorium der deutschen Wirtschaft.
