Parth Kaur started their work experience as an HR Manager at Technogiq IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd in August 2015. Parth then transitioned to become an IT Consultant at Freelance IT Consultant Service in 2016.

Parth Kaur pursued their higher secondary education in Human Resources Management and Services at Kendriya Vidyalaya from 1998 to 2008. Following that, they attended Maharashtra Education Society's Abasaheb Garware College of Arts and Science, Pune 04, where they completed a B.Com degree with a focus on Economics and Human Resources from 2009 to 2011.
