Saurav Kumar has a diverse work experience starting from their internship at Oberoi Hotels & Resorts in 2015. Saurav gained hands-on experience in hotel management during their role as a Hotel Manager at OYO in 2017. Saurav then transitioned into the field of human resources, starting as a Human Resources Intern at Cereb Media Company™ and later at Change Et Al. During their internship at Change Et Al., they conducted research and analysis on HR tech startups in the Asian market. Saurav further expanded their HR expertise as an HRBP at BYJU'S, where they focused on performance evaluations, employee engagement, and initiative driving. Currently, Saurav is working as a Deputy Manager in Human Resources at TechnoIdentity, where they are responsible for establishing performance management frameworks and refining the continuous performance review system.

Saurav Kumar completed their Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Xavier Institute of Social Service between 2019 and 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from the Institute of Hotel Management, Pusa (New Delhi) from 2014 to 2017. Saurav completed their intermediate education at Delhi Public School, Ranchi from 2012 to 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Saurav has also obtained several certifications. In June 2022, they completed a course on "Human Resources: Building a Performance Management System" from the LinkedIn Learning App. In July 2020, they obtained a certification in "The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" from Google Digital Unlocked. In May 2020, they completed a course on "Business Analytics and Metrics- Beginner" from Udemy. Saurav also holds a certification in "Lean Six Sigma White Belt" from The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC), obtained in May 2020. Additionally, in December 2019, they completed an online course on "Microsoft Excel- Excel Power query, Power Pivot & DAX" from Udemy.
