Shilpa Gonela

Shilpa Gonela has a strong background in project management and sales strategy. Shilpa currently holds the role of VP, Sales Strategy & Operations (Americas) at Technoidentity, where they have been working since December 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Global Client Partner and Project Manager at the same company.

Shilpa also has experience working at Bank of America, where they held the position of Project Manager from April 2015 to June 2019. Before that, they worked as a Business/ QA Analyst at Bank of America from April 2010 to January 2015.

Earlier in their career, Shilpa worked as a Quality Assurance Trainee at Cyient from October 2008 to June 2009, and as a Trainee at Hallmark Global Technologies Limited from October 2007 to September 2008.

In the future, Shilpa will be joining Chief as a Member starting in April 2023.

Shilpa Gonela pursued their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Instrumentation from Osmania University, which they completed between 2001 and 2005. Following their undergraduate studies, they enrolled at Eastern Illinois University from 2006 to 2007, where they earned a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Technology.
