Travis Jackson

Travis Jackson has a diverse work experience in various industries. Travis started their career in 2008 as a Senior Teller at BayPort Credit Union, where they provided coaching and training to tellers and ensured adherence to regulations. In 2013, they worked at Evolver as a System Administrator, monitoring infrastructure servers and performing troubleshooting. Travis also served as a Technical Document Reviewer, reviewing operational support plan documents and creating spreadsheets. From 2015 to 2016, Travis worked as an eBusiness Specialist at Ferguson Enterprises, collecting and analyzing product catalog data and addressing customer inquiries. In 2016, they joined Huntington Ingalls Industries, Inc. as a Heating Air Conditioning Technician, installing and maintaining HVAC systems. Travis then worked at Elite Line Services (ELS) as a Robotics Maintenance Supervisor from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they are employed at Technologent, starting in 2021, where they have held the roles of Automation Engineer and Integration Lab Manager.

Travis Jackson's education history begins with their enrollment at Woodside High School, where they obtained a Diploma in Standard education from 2003 to 2007. After that, they attended Newport News Apprentice School from 2016 to 2020, specializing in Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation, and Refrigeration Maintenance Technician, although they did not receive a degree from this institution.

In addition to their formal education, Travis also obtained various certifications. In 2014, they obtained the ITIL V3 Foundations certification. Then, in 2016, they obtained a Confidential Security Clearance from the United States Department of Defense. Most recently, Travis received certifications from Amazon Web Services (AWS). In February 2022, they obtained the Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner certification, followed by the Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate certification in April 2022.
