Terry L. Borne

Terry L. Borne is an experienced engineer with a diverse background in project management, engineering, and contract oversight, primarily within the Department of Defense sector. Currently serving as an Advisory Engineer at Technologists, Inc. since September 2019, Terry contributes expertise in project data management for the 62nd Air Wing at McChord Field. Previous roles include project manager and estimator at Saybr Contractors Inc., project engineer with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and chief of the Contracts Branch at Public Works Joint Base Lewis McChord. Terry holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Indiana Institute of Technology and an Associate Degree in Applied Science in Mechanical Technology from Onondaga Community College.
