Steven Kopelman

Steven Kopelman has extensive experience in real estate and site acquisition, currently serving as Wireless Real Estate Site Acquisition at Technology Associates EC Inc. since July 2018, where responsibilities include negotiating contracts and conducting property research for wireless facilities. Prior to this, Steven worked as an Advisor at Stryde Savings from 2015 to 2018, assisting companies in reducing expenses and obtaining federal tax incentives. Earlier experience includes serving as a Site Acquisition Specialist at Jacobs, where Steven focused on wireless cell tower site acquisition, and as Executive Director for the Chattahoochee Hill Country Alliance, advocating for sustainable development. Steven’s career also encompasses significant roles in the mortgage industry, notably as a Mortgage Loan Officer at both First Fidelity Funding and Georgia Mortgage Services. Steven holds a degree from Michigan State University.
