Leigh Ann Groome

Leigh Ann Groome is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate development and strategic consulting. Currently serving as a Board Member for the Technology Association of Georgia, Groome provides insights on financial performance and growth strategies for corporate and tech leaders. As Managing Director of Groome Consulting since 2019, Groome specializes in advising companies on inorganic growth through acquisitions and joint ventures. Previous experience includes roles at Waymo as Principal of Corporate Development, Chief Financial Officer at Westside Future Fund, and Vice President at Equifax, where over 50 international and domestic transactions were closed, significantly impacting corporate revenue growth. Groome holds a BIE in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA in Finance from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
