Jeannine Jacobsen has over 25 years of Banking experience, with over 20 focused in Human Resources. Prior to joining Tech CU, she served as Senior HR Manager at Cisco Systems where she supported senior executives, particularly with talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development. Her areas of expertise include compensation, reward and recognition strategies, and organizational change management.
Earlier in her career, she held positions at SiRF Technology, Lucas Film, LTD., and Silicon Valley Bank. Jeannine is a Certified Compensation Professional and Credit Union Enterprise Risk Management Expert (CUERM). She completed the Bootcamp for Experienced Leaders at UC Berkeley’s Center for Executive Education.
