Rekha Govender

Rekha Govender is an experienced financial manager with a career spanning over a decade. Since April 2010, Rekha has held various positions at the Technology Innovation Agency, including Portfolio Manager for Investment Finance and Workout and Finance, as well as Financial Manager, overseeing the finance department in the KZN region while ensuring compliance with legislation. Prior to this, Rekha served as Financial Manager at The East Coast Biotechnology Innovation Centre from March 2006 to March 2010, where responsibilities included timely reporting and budgeting. Additionally, Rekha managed the finance function at the KZN Innovation Support Centre between June 2004 and February 2010, focusing on the preparation of financial reports. Rekha holds a Master of Business Administration from MANCOSA and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Zululand.
