Tina Marie Baugh, MS, is an experienced IT leader specializing in infrastructure services and healthcare technology management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Information Technology Infrastructure at Creative Testing Solutions since May 2023, Tina has a strong background in building reliable, secure infrastructure services while fostering relationships with IT and business leaders. As the founder of Technology Leader Development, Tina focuses on transforming technology experts into influential leaders through comprehensive training. Previous roles include Director of Information Technology Services at Cook Children's Health Care System, Vice President of Customer Success at Fusion Consulting, and Director of Information Technology at The Menninger Clinic. Tina's extensive experience is complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Texas A&M University and a Master’s in Information Technology from Capella University.
