Shant Saroukhanian

Shant Saroukhanian is the Director of Talent Acquisition at Technology Resource Group. Shant has over 25 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, including stints as a Field Sales Engineer and Market Development Engineer.

Shant began their career in the semiconductor industry in 1994 as a Market Development Engineer with SJ Associates. In this role, they provided marketing and sales support for Microchip 8-bit microcontrollers, Linear Technology analog ICs, IBM DRAM, and SRAM.

In October 1995, Shant joined Thompson and Associates (Hitachi Semiconductor) as a Field Sales Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for securing design wins for 8-, 16-, and 32-bit microcontrollers and power electronics in the automotive, industrial, telecom, and medical device industries. Shant remained with Thompson and Associates until May 1999.

Since 1999, Shant has held various positions of increasing responsibility in the semiconductor industry, culminating in their current role as Director of Talent Acquisition at Technology Resource Group. In this role, they are responsible for identifying, recruiting, and hiring top talent for the company.
