Tori Devine

Tori Devine is an experienced professional in project and program management, currently serving as a Program Cost/Control Analyst at TSC since June 2024. Previously, Tori held positions at Siemens Government Technologies, including Senior Project Controller and Project Controller, from June 2020 to June 2024. Tori's experience also includes a tenure as Program Manager at Titan Infrastructure Group, LLC, and Project Manager at the Household & Commercial Products Association. Additionally, Tori served as Deputy Project Manager at DTREDS, contributing to project organization and reporting under the direction of project management leadership. Tori holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from the University of Central Florida and a Master's Certificate in Project Management from Cornell University.
