Sergiy Shapovalov

Sergiy Shapovalov is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business intelligence and management. Currently serving as a Business Intelligence Manager at N-iX since January 2015, Sergiy has previously held roles as a QA Specialist. Earlier career positions include Deputy Director of the Restructuring and Collection Division at JSC KREDOBANK, and various leadership roles at Swedbank, including Head of Collection and Head of Credits for Western Ukraine. In addition, Sergiy worked at Forum Bank in several capacities related to risk assessment and corporate business. Academically, Sergiy holds an Engineer's Degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from the State University of Information and Communication Technologies and a Master's Degree as a foreign trade expert from the National University "Lviv Polytechniс."
