Andy Pemberton serves as the Chief Customer Officer at OutSystems, leading the global Customer Office and managing customer-facing functions across the customer journey since January 2017. Pemberton's expertise encompasses solution architecture, customer success management, professional services, renewal business, and global support, with a significant focus on developing strategies to enhance customer experience and maximize lifetime value. Previous leadership roles include Senior Vice President and Vice President positions at OutSystems, as well as a Senior Director role at CloudBees, where Pemberton accelerated company growth through innovative processes in customer engagement. Pemberton founded Accel Interactive, focusing on consulting in DevOps, Web, Microservices, and Mobile. Additional experience includes leading a Mobile DevOps team at Capital One and directing accounts at CapTech Consulting. Educational credentials include a BS in Computer Science and Philosophy from Hampden-Sydney College and completion of a graduate program at the Society for Information Management. Pemberton is also an advisory board member at TSIA.
