Sophie Breton

Sophie Breton currently serves as the Talents & ESG Director and Head of HR Performance at Technology & Strategy since March 2022. Prior to this role, Sophie held multiple positions at GO Concept, including Directrice Générale Adjointe and Responsable Ressources Humaines Grand Est, where responsibilities included recruitment management, employee retention, and HR project coordination. Sophie has extensive experience as a freelance HR consultant and trainer, and previously worked in HR roles at Danfoss Commercial Compressors, PôleJeunes, and Danone, focusing on social relations, communication, and recruitment development. Sophie holds a Master 2 (DESS) in Human Resources Management from Université Grenoble Alpes and studied at Sciences Po Bordeaux.
