Kayla Murphy has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Kayla began their career as a Resident Assistant at State University of New York College at Oswego, where they also served as a Peer Educator, Public Relations Intern, Campus Outreach Study Abroad Mentor, and Orientation Laker Leader Captain. Kayla later worked as a Summer Conference Coordinator at Curry College.

In 2018, Kayla joined Walt Disney World as an Attractions Cast Member and eventually took on roles as an Attractions Trainer and Education Coordinator. Kayla then worked at LEGOLAND Florida Resort as a Guest Communications Specialist, where they managed daily operations, handled brand-related communication on social media platforms, and facilitated timely and excellent service.

Following their time at LEGOLAND, Kayla joined DAVE School as an Admissions Representative before transitioning to their current role as a Team Lead - Client Success at TechnologyAdvice. Prior to their current position, they served as a Client Success Manager and Client Success Coordinator at the same company.

Throughout their experience, Kayla has demonstrated strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Kayla Murphy completed their Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Social Interactions, with a minor in Global and International Studies, at the State University of New York at Oswego from 2014 to 2018. In 2015, they also had a semester abroad at CAPA Florence. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Data Privacy & Information Security, General Data Protection Regulation & Information Security, Preventing Discrimination & Harassment, and Peer Education.
