Brock Douglas

Brock joined TechnologyOne in 2018 and is responsible for leading the consulting division through transformational change to deliver innovative and high performing Software as a Service implementations on a global scale.

Brock has significant experience in the commercial application of artificial intelligence. As IBM’s Vice President for IBM Watson in Asia Pacific he personally led the implementation of Artificial Intelligence solutions for clients.

Most notably the implementation of Australia’s first digital assistant for home loan applications at NAB’s UBank and the solutioning of Asia Pacific’s largest use of IBM Watson’s artificial intelligence for corporate conglomerate Lotte in Korea to provide personalised guided buying and a new R&D function to research and develop new product offerings based on real time and historical global buying trends.
