Katja Valtonen has significant experience in customer service and management, currently serving as Customer Service Responsible at Technopolis Plc. Valtonen has been with Technopolis Oyj since 2010, where the role of Service Manager was held. Educationally, Valtonen obtained a specialized vocational qualification in Management and Business Management from TAKK Tampereen Aikuiskoulutuskeskus and earned a degree in Business Administration from Pirkanmaan Ammattikorkeakoulu between 2000 and 2005.
