Bates Micu

Bates Micu has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years. Bates currently holds the position of Senior Manager Marketing Business Development at Technoprobe since September 2018. Previously, they worked as a Senior Sales Account Manager at MPI Corporation from March 2017 to August 2018.

Before that, Micu served as the Western Region Account Manager at MJC Electronics Corporation from September 2011 to March 2017. Prior to that, they were an Account Manager at Probe Logic from February 2009 to May 2011.

Micu also worked at SVProbe as an Account Manager/Sr. Application Engineer from March 2005 to December 2008. From January 2001 to March 2005, they held the position of SR Applications Engineer at Kulicke & Soffa, Inc.

Earlier in their career, Micu worked as an Applications Engineer at Probe Technology from November 1999 to January 2001. Bates also gained valuable experience as an Equipment & Test professional at both Adaptec Corp from August 1997 to October 1999 and ASAT from September 1995 to August 1997.

Micu's career started at Atmel Corporation, where they served as a Sr Test Maintenance Engineer from April 1993 to October 1995. The breadth of Micu's experience demonstrates their knowledge and capability in various roles within the electronics industry.

Bates Micu began their education journey at Orosi High School, where they completed their high school education. Following that, they attended DeVry University in Phoenix, AZ, from 1980 to 1982, earning a Diploma in Electronics. They then enrolled in Community College from 1983 to 1990, studying Electronics and eventually transferring to San Jose State University in 1988 to 1990 to pursue Engineering. Lastly, Bates Micu attended the University of Phoenix from 2000 to 2004, obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT).
