Fabio Morgana - Emba

Fabio Morgana has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies in the technology industry. Fabio started their career at STMicroelectronics, where they served as a Product Engineer from May 1998 to December 2000. Fabio then moved up to become a Group Leader for Yield Enhancement from January 2001 to August 2002. Subsequently, Fabio joined Agilent Technologies as an Application Engineer from February 2003 to March 2005, and later served as an Account Technical Leader from April 2005 to October 2005. Fabio then became an Account Manager from November 2005 to October 2006.

Fabio's career continued at FormFactor, where they served as a Global Account Manager from November 2006 to March 2009. Fabio then transitioned to Director of Sales from April 2009 to June 2011, and later served as the Sr. Director and Europe Country Manager from July 2011 to October 2016.

In 2016, Fabio joined Technoprobe as the VP of Sales and Marketing from November 2016 to March 2017. Fabio then briefly served as the Executive VP of Operations from April 2017 to August 2017 before becoming the Chief Operating Officer from September 2017 to June 2019. Fabio also served as the CEO of Technoprobe Japan from January 2018 onwards and later became the Chief Technology Officer from July 2019 to present.

Additionally, Fabio has a role as Director on the Board of Directors at Microfabrica since May 2019.

Fabio Morgana obtained their Executive MBA degree from MIP Politecnico di Milano between 2021 and 2023. Prior to that, they attended MIT Sloan School of Management in 2021 for a course on Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy. In 1997, Fabio completed their Master's degree in Electronic Engineering, a 5-year program, at Università degli Studi di Palermo.
