Barbora De Oliveira Hladka

Barbora Hladka currently serves as the Country Director for TechnoServe Mozambique, leading a team of 70 across five projects focused on agriculture, entrepreneurship, and gender inclusion, while exploring new areas like the blue economy and innovative financing. Prior to this role, Barbora spent eight years with FAO as a Valu Chain and Agribusiness Officer, where responsibilities included facilitating inclusive agricultural systems, managing project quality, and supporting capacity building in Southern Africa. Barbora's earlier experience includes roles with Concern Worldwide and ACDI/VOCA, emphasizing agribusiness consulting and training. Barbora holds a Master's Degree in Sustainable Rural Development from the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague and a Bachelor's Degree in Tropical and Subtropical Agriculture.
