Anand Kabra

Anand Kabra has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries and roles. Anand currently holds the position of Chief People and Transformation Officer at Apexon since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Wipro as the Head of Global Workforce Management from November 2021 to February 2023. At Cognizant, they held multiple roles such as VP - Talent transformation, VP - Talent Supply Chain, AVP - Operational Excellence, and Head of HR - India and Philippines (BPO) from 2011 to 2021. Before that, they worked at HP as the Country Manager HR for HP India Sales, and at Genpact as a Vice President in both Human Resources and Operations Quality. Anand also gained experience at Tata Technologies as the Head of Corporate Quality, at GE as a Master Black Belt & Program Lead, at Eicher Engineering Solutions as a Zonal Sales Manager, and at Arvind Mills as a Management Trainee.

Anand Kabra's education history begins with their Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Telecommunication from GEC Bhopal, completed from 1990-1992. Anand then pursued a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Telecommunication from SGSITS - Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya from 1992-1994. Later, Anand attended the Indian Institute of Management Mumbai from 1994-1996, where they obtained a PGDIM degree in Operations. Recently, in 2021, they completed a PGP degree in Artificial Intelligence from The University of Texas at Austin. Additionally, Anand has obtained certifications as a Six Sigma Black Belt and a Six Sigma Master Black Belt from GE in 2001 and 2003, respectively.
