Jeff Woloshyn

Jeff Woloshyn currently serves as the VP of Customer Delivery at Technosylva, beginning in January 2024. Prior to this role, Jeff held various positions at Trilliant from April 2008 to February 2024, including Director of Customer Operations for Canada, where responsibilities involved developing processes to meet business goals and service level agreements, with a focus on enhancing the customer experience through revenue growth, cost management, and efficiencies. Jeff's earlier career includes roles as Project Director and Project Manager at Trilliant, as well as experience at emailtopia as an Account Manager/Deployment Manager and Functional Consultant/Software Trainer from 2001 to 2008.
