VP Partner Success at TechSee

Aviv Atlas has a extensive work experience in various roles and industries.

Aviv started their career in the IDF/IAF as a Combat Pilot, where they developed and distributed a logistics package for squadrons.

After that, they worked as the Co-Founder and CTO at Algorithma Ltd., where they were responsible for the technical side of multi-disciplinary turn-key projects. Aviv also developed the first CRM package in the Israeli market and served as a senior lecturer at the Sivan Computer College.

Aviv then joined PF1 Systems Ltd. as a Senior Systems Developer, where they were responsible for the complete system delivery lifecycle of FX systems for the largest Israeli banks. Aviv also worked on ad-hoc consultancy projects for the company's clients in the UK.

Next, Aviv worked at Magic Software Enterprises as a Product Manager for Leapfrog, a RAD tool designed to replace the aging Magic platform.

Aviv then joined Pilat Media Ltd. as the SVP of Software Operations, overseeing major strategic implementations and accounts in the US, Canada, and Europe. Aviv later became the SVP of Account Management, operating from the main Tel-Aviv office.

At Pilat Media, they were responsible for all new and existing clients' hardware architecture and software licensing, as well as managing the ISV relationship with Oracle.

After leaving Pilat Media, Aviv worked at Qnomy/CallFlow as a Senior Account/Project Manager, managing relationships with strategic Callflow customers and driving new queue management initiatives into new verticals.

Aviv then joined CallVU as the Head of Customer Success, where they provided a unified customer journey platform to route customers to self-service channels.

Currently, Aviv is working at TechSee, where they have held several positions including Head of Customer Success, Head of Partner Success, and currently the VP of Partner Success. TechSee offers augmented vision visual AI and assisted visual engagement suites to improve business outcomes and speed up sales cycles and issue resolution in various industry verticals. Aviv has focused on empowering partners to onboard and service their own clients, generating revenue from licenses and innovative services.

Aviv Atlas obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from Tel-Aviv Academic College, near Tel-Aviv University, during the period of 1997 to 1999. Prior to that, Aviv attended Alliance High School from 1979 to 1984. Aviv also holds a certification in Visual Remote Assistance as a Qualified Support Engineer at Level 2, which was obtained from TechSee in March 2022.
