Ziwen Deng

Ziwen Deng has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Currently, they are working at TechSee as the Head of Account Management since February 2023. Prior to this role, Ziwen held the position of Account Management Team Lead at TechSee from January 2022 to February 2023. They also served as the Founding Account Manager at TechSee from November 2020 to December 2021.

Before joining TechSee, Ziwen worked at WalkMe™ for a substantial period. They started as a Teaching Assistant at Kumon from June 2008 to September 2009. They then interned at Linkability from June 2011 to September 2011 and later interned at the Institute of Sustainable Development India from June 2012 to August 2012. Ziwen also worked as a Student Assistant at the Nasher Museum of Art from June 2011 to September 2012 and as an intern at The Conservation Fund from June 2013 to August 2013.

Their career at WalkMe™ began as a Customer Success Manager from November 2016 to August 2018. Subsequently, Ziwen served as a Senior Customer Success Manager from August 2018 to March 2019. They then took on the role of Strategic Account Manager from March 2019 to August 2019. Lastly, Ziwen worked as a Senior Strategic Account Manager from August 2019 to November 2020, where they managed and grew strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 businesses, developed a results-driven approach to digital adoption, and mentored peers in various core competencies.

Apart from their tenure at TechSee and WalkMe™, Ziwen also worked at Epic as an Implementation Project Manager from August 2014 to September 2016. In this role, they oversaw physician and research billing implementation for an enterprise-level project, coordinated training strategies, and served as lead application auditor for existing customers.

Ziwen Deng attended Duke University and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. Additionally, they also completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from Duke University. In terms of certifications, Ziwen obtained a WalkMe Builder Certification from WalkMe™ in November 2016. They also obtained certifications in Single Billing Office and Resolute Professional Billing from Epic in January 2015 and October 2014, respectively.
